American Eagle Question?

This policy states that you can return online orders in AE stores. http://www.ae.com/web/help/return_policy.jsp?topic=1

But, can you exchange/refund shirts that can only be brought online? I have a Large Tall shirt (this size can only be brought online) and I want to exchange it.

i would search anything on there web page through the "locate in store" get the ae number to the mall u want to return it to and ask them they should exchange it or give you store credit

yea you can return the shirt that you bought online and exchange it for something else. if they don't have it in the store but they do have it online, they will order it for you right from the store and have it shipped to your house. all you have to do is bring in your online reciept and the bag that your shirt came in and the shirt.
