Chris nailed it, but sometimes nomenclature changes with coaches. (I'm thinking high school math teacher having to coach football, guys.)

Defensively you have A, B, C, D, E, or F gap. Left to right facing the line. Some coaches put it A, B, C out to in and call a side. So an an A gap weak would be to the right (as your facing) of the left Tackle.
