Amplifier needed to push 3 subwoofers?

I got three of these in my car...I currently have only a 2 channel amplifier from legacy. A 1000watt amp (La770) I need to upgrade obviously....What kind of amp do i need (needs to be 3 channel or more)

  1. You don't necessarily need a multi-channel amp.  You'll be hard pressed to find one at that power range.  Better, you can look for a high powered 2 channel amp that you can bridge mono.  Wire each of the subs dual voice coils in series and wire the 3 subs in parallel for a 4 ohm load.  You'll find a few options for 2 channel stereo amps in the 2000-3000W RMS range.  Just be sure your electrical system is ready to harness that kind of power.

    --it is very f@*king expessive but it works i've seen it push 2 15in subs at a car show before it felt awsome
