Amsterdam Pot Question?

Question

Ok, say some College Students are going to amsterdam for 2 weeks.

The have never smoked weed before

but they plan to smoke weed in Amsterdam

And one of them had to take a mandatory drug test for work the day they return

If he could prove that he was in amsterdam for 2 weeks (Passports plane tickets ect.) would that excuse him from the drug in his blood?
