  1. its only 1hr 30mins on the plane. you could get the ferry from ireland to france instead of going to england. then drive across.

  2. You would have a great deal of difficulty driving from Ireland to Amsterdam as Ireland is an island - that is it is surrounded by water, no bridges across to either England - which is on another island - or Amsterdam (the Netherlands) which like France is on mainland europe. There are ferries however, so you could drive your car onto a ferry to travel from Ireland.

You could drive from Amsterdam to France, as they are both at least on the same piece of land, but I would suggest that before you think of travelling, you should study a map

  3. You can catch the ferry from Dublin to Liverpool, sailing

time around 3½ hours I think, then drive about 120 miles

cross country to Hull, catch the overnight ferry to Rotterdam

then drive the 60 miles to Amsterdam.

Or from Liverpool drive 300 miles south east to Dover

then take the ferry to Calais, France, a 90 minute sail across the English Channel, then drive north to Amsterdam, the Hull route is less stress.

  4. its probably a good 12 hours if not more on a train. its worth it to fly if you have the money.
