My family and I are thinking to move to the States(Texas) from Italy. We want to know the cost of Medical insurece for family of four people. One is 85 years old. Is it a monthly cost or annuly. Thanks.

You need to do an internet search for health insurance brokers in Texas. If you can find a company to cover an 85 year old is going to cost you quite a bit.  You need a broker since they can offer you coverge form many carriers. I would use yellowpages.com
