  1. well at least it was trying to make people think about global warming and how it could maybe...you know...

    KILL US.

  2. It has some very good facts and information about global warming.  The biographical stuff about Al Gore was annoying and pointless.  If he does a sequel or update, he should just stick to the important stuff.  I like the sequence from The Simpsons he included.

  3. While most people I know think 'An Inconvenient Truth' was incredibly boring and unuseful, I completely disagree.  To me, watching that film was a very eye-opening experience.

  4. Oh my God the sky is falling.  The earth's temperature has gone up one degree in one hundred years.  In the seventies these same wackos were touting the dangers of global freezing.  The prophet of this smoke and mirrors act, Al Gore lives in a twenty room energy guzzling mansion in Nashville Tennessee.  That is not his only home.  Check out movie stars like Brad Pitt and the woman with fake lips.  See if they are living modestly while encouraging everyone else to do so.

  5. I felt sorry for the animated polar bears that were going to die because man is causing the Earth to warm up.

I wanted to give them a Coke, but another animated polar bear was guarding the cooler.

  6. Proves a lot no doubt that science does not lie.

  7. I recommend this review of said "movie"

  8. I saw it, and I almost wet myself. afterwards the first thing I said to myself is "We are so fricken screwed!"

  9. Some of us have been quite aware of the situation for some time.  We take it seriously.  We have been waiting, and hoping, for every one else to catch up.  It's a good primer.  If you are serious do some reading and check back.

  10. I saw it. Should have been categorized as Science Fiction with all the lies and half truths it contained.

  11. I never saw it.

  12. The claim that much of Gore's evidence has "now been discredited" is itself an untruth. In a work of such breadth and scope as An Inconvenient Truth, the occasional inaccuracy, such as when Gore states that the number of polar bears is diminishing when infact the numbers were not declining (2006 remember), does not therefore mean that the ice is not melting and in no way disqualifies An Inconvenient Truth as an accurate assessment of global warming due to human activity.

No single work has gone so far to educate so many.

  13. I saw it, and it tells you lots about Global Warming, but it was quite boring, to be honest. It really was just someone filming one of those people that speak, there was no plot. However, if you want to watch it to learn about the environment, and what's going on, it's a good movie, for that.

  14. Kind of boring but very informative.

  15. I had to watch it at school last year, and it's total bull. Sorry, but it is.

  16. It's inconveniently BS.

  17. I agree, its bull. God's breathe warms the earth, not this mystical thing called Carbon Dioxide.
