Animal Cruelty Charges...

If a person has multiple animal cruelty charges, is there any way for the person to get their animals back? I am fostering a puppymill puppy and do not want her going back into the wrong hands.

  1. no, there are suppose to be safeguards against things like that ever happening.  But there r cracks in the system i am sorry to say.


  2. no people who are arrested for animal cruelty charges cant get there pets back and if you adopt it theres no way they can get the puppy back ...

  3. No that can't happen because of the charges they have a probation officer and if that happens then they will pick him up and he will go to jail.

  4. being charged and being found guilty are two different things

    you have to wait until it goes to court- and see what the ruleing is...

    if you really want to make a differece and help this dog and others...
