Annoying Pool Bugs!?

Question

We have had our pool for about 3 days now. Yesterday and today I have found these blackish bugs. they swim and fly. We have an above ground pool and I have been trying to scoop them out with the net. we live in the woods and have many bugs out here. We put in the chlorine stuff (not sure what it's called) and had the filter run yesterday, but they are still here. They were not as bad this morning.

What are they/how do I get rid of them?!

cover the pool at night and scoop the ones of the top right after you uncover it.

The only way is to keep scooping them out with a net or something. PS make sure u kill them after or they will come back!
