What do you think of a father living in the state of oregon who has custody of his 11 year old daughter the mother of which lives in washington state that grounds said daughter from talking to the mother.

Father says he can legally do this.

Mother says he absolutely can not.

Mother does pay child support every single month.

  1. The father must abide by the visitation order no matter which state he resides in, if the mother has visitation then she has the right to talk to the child and should seek an order from the court to enforce the rights.~
