  1. Unfortunately, Antimatter does not exist in our universe, at least to our knowledge. In fact, the concept of the very EXISTENCE of antiparticles in the visible universe is still one of the greatest unsolved problems in physics.

Just like matter, it cannot be made or destroyed by human hands. it must already exist before humans can gather or harness it. Because humans cannot produce it, or on that note, even know if it exists, no countries should have it in their possession.

If any should, it uses are limitless. It could be harnessed as a power source or, knowing the state of the world today, a terrible weapon of mass destruction. If a particle of matter were to meet a particle of antimatter, they would combine and release an unprecedented amount of electromagnetic energy (or light emissions) known as gamma rays. Without getting to scientific, they are kind of like x-rays. But either way, it's bad.

As cool as it would be to afirm the existence of these particles; for now, they only look like science fiction.

  2. Actually I don't know much anti matter myself. But apparently anti matter reacts to any matter it touches, therefore, you can't really store anti matter. By react, I mean real reacting, it creates an enormous amount of heat when it react.

However, some guy (CERN) made some anti hydrogen back some time.

Anti matter is created when in high energy particles collision takes place.

Anti matter are also believed to be the most expensive substances in existence. According to Wikipedia, it costs $300 billion for one milligram.

What it can be used for. Well nothing at the moment, but theoretically, it can be made into generators and weapons like nuclear power and nuclear bombs. But unlike the hydrogen bombs which only releases 0.7% of the power in the atom, anti matter releases 100%.

By the way thanks for asking this question, me and my friend did this topic a few years ago and I almost forgot all about it. I had to go on wikipedia again. LOL

  3. I don't know too much about it. It is basically is matter with a opposite charge but the same mass. Physicist describe antimatter as matter traveling backwards through time. Alot of energy is released when antimatter collides with matter. I heard that antimatter the size of a hand full of sand has enough energy to power the state of California for a year.
