Antivirus 2009 Popups! Urgent help needed!?

Question

I know that I shouldn't install Anti Virus 2008 or anti virus 2009, but the pop ups that say that my PC is going to crash keep coming up! My computer is so slow! Internet doesn't even load! It took 1 hour to scan my computer when it normally takes 10 minutes! How do I get these pop ups to stop coming and make my computer fast again?

i think its adware or fake virus

download smithfraudx or try superantispyware adwaredestroy go on www.filehippo.com and look for adware stuff to get rid of it
