Antivirus 2009??????

this been happen for like 3 days it say that i need to download Antivirus 2009 and i don't want to download it. this thing pop up and it say that i need to download it then i exit and then it kicks me out of the website im on then this thing come up on the screen and it is blue and it comes up like every 2mins and i hear a noise and my computer is new i only have it for like 4mts and it is DELL windows vista

wat I'm i suppose to do
