Any Information on 2008 Dallas Pride?

I'm going to be flying in for Pride this september and was wondering if anyone had information about what goes on.

Where is the best spot to see the parade, what kind of activities go on, where are the best parties? Any information like that would be greatly appreciated.

Also if you were taking a friend to Dallas for the first time and had a couple of days, what would you do with them to show them the greatest city in Texas?
