Any advice on where to live?

I currently live in Oregon and want to stay in the pacific north west. I don't know where I'll end up after college, but I'd like for it to be between British Columbia and the very northern part of California. I plan to work for a school district, but also want to live in a small town and own at least some forested land. I also prefer moderate weather but can learn to live with somewhat colder weather, hence my willingness to consider British Columbia.

  1. the perfect place for you is lake tahoe it is in both northern nevada and northern california, incline village is nice and has one of the best school districts in nevada, scientests say it is the cleanest lake in the world,   it gets  snow but so does vancouver and all of british columbia, and it is small townish and it is forested everywhere! you fly into reno/tahoe airport and it is a 45 minute drive from the airport to incline village. it is really beautiful, it never gets past 80 and it is sunny almost everyday from april to september unlike the rest of the northwest where it rains almost everyday(YUCK)

here is the link for the average weather in incline village:

  2. I live in Oregon too! :)

Hm....nothern California gets A LOT of fires!

Oregon is so great, why do you want to move from it? Portland is crowded, Eugene is just.....Eugene, Riddle isn't too interesting, but Roseburg itsn't too big or too small, but absolutely great. It has many things to do, and a lot of famous people come here. 2 days ago Kellie Pickler performed!

    Seattle, Washington, is pretty neat.

    Good luck :)
