what can i do for cardio, my elliptical is broken and i cant jump rope for 30 mins , any suggsetions?

  1. jump rope HIIT style, or do what boxers do (ie 5 - 3 min rounds) at high intensity with :30 - 1:00 min break between each rounds

    jumping jacks

    ski jumps

    jump squats

    jog in place

    explosive lunges

    star jumps

    march in place

    burpees

    those are just some you can also google at home no equipment workouts and you will find tons of things. good luck
