I worked with a few families from AIM in Houston a few years ago and found the staff to be decent.  The directors are adoptive parents of many special needs children, and I believe they are a "Christian" focused agency.

No.  I have no experience with going to another country and telling the people that their religion, culture, AND family is not good enough, and therefore they need to become westernized.  Matter of fact, that kind of p!sses me off.

ummm, i'm not sure what you mean.....never heard of anything w/the abriveation of AIM except of AOL InstantMessaging. you know, if you want better answers, tell what AIM stands for.....if you do mean AOL InstantMessaging, (doubt it though) then wow. you're adopting someone over an INSTANT MESSAGE?! lol.
