Hi, I'd like to adopt a child from China. What is WACAP?

We used WACAP for two adoptions, both from China.

We liked them a lot. They were very knowledgeable, and very well respected in China by the officials we dealt with.

Also, they do a lot of charitable work in orphanages in China, helping out children who will never be adopted.

Both of our adoptions ran very smoothly. We thought they were pros!
