Any free visual CSS editors?

CSS is difficult to create/edit. Right now i use a combonation of dreamweaver and just hacking existing code off other websites to my liking. Are there any free visual CSS editors that can make the style sheet creation process alot easier?

uhh I'm not 100% what you mean,

but you can save your css on notepad as .html

and then open it, and view it like the view page would be viewed

and see that way.

CSS is a pig to develop there is no doubt about that. But if you add the Web Developer toolbar to Firefox then you can type CSS and watch the page change at the same time. How cool is that?
