Any friends from Denver,CO ?

I'm coming to Denver next October to attend an event at The Colorado Convention Center. i liked to search for new friends before coming to guide and advice me what to do and where to make some shopping, where is the best areas to eat and where is the nice bars.

Meet someone when you're there, get a travel agent and have them help you or get a Denver guidebook that tells you all the hip and fun places to go to.
