Any good Kibbutz programs?

My sister and I are interested in spending a summer working on a kibbutz, preferably in the Golan. Are there any programs you can reccommend that will accept teens? I will be 16 and she will be 18 when we go.

Linkage to the programs is a big plus.

sounds like lots of fun, but i am not sure of the minimum agae, 16 might be too young, but you should ask them.
