Any good free tech support?

Question

Anybody know any free good tech support hotlines or something? I need some answers because I've been searching everywhere for answers to my problem. It has to do with file and printer sharing.

i'm sure many people here would love to help you if you post with details. just make sure your question is coherent and specific. While you may not be a guilty party, I've seen several people who ask questions like "WTF!?!? Y is my comp not working?!?!? HELP!!",and naturally, they get no response.

As well, google the web. Lots of sites offer tutorials for computer related things. Do a google search for "file and printer sharing tutorial" or something similar and I'm sure you'll get results.

other than that, I'm pretty sure there is no 'free' tech support hotline. You may get free tech support from your computer manufacturer, but usually not if your warranty is out.
