Any hair ideas for black guy?

wasup im black an im kinda fat and im trying to think up some new hairstyles i had a freeform fro but it looks nappy so now idk what to do with it i cant cut it im thinking about cornrows or a afro but i dont really know can you give me some ideas idk what kind of head i really have because ive never cut my hair and the reason i ont really want to cut it or braid it is because ive been breaking out in pimples

I usually rock the ceasar(kanye jay-z) with a taper to get the front squared and lined.Sometimes might put a three line part on the side.
