Any ideas about this country video??

ok, a few years ago, I had a computer class and I remember watching this one country video over and over again, but I cant' for the life of me remember what the song was about or who sang it. I do remember that a woman sang it and was talking(singing) it to a guy angrily. She said something about drooping this like a bomb right here at my feet....or something. Any guesses?!? It is driving me crazy!!

There is a song by Rebecca Lynn Howard called Forgive, in the song she says that he dropped a bomb right where they live.  This might be the song you are talking about...I love this song.
