Any ideas for dinner?

im going to my cabin and i still havent made my decision on what we should have for dinner? what are some good cabin dinners?

definatly grilling out, i just got back from the smoky mts. and thats all we did. chicken,hamburgers,hot dogs..good stuff

beef kabobs, extra fatty are good for open fire grilling

Hobo packets--  Ingredients

4 medium potatoes

8 carrots

1 1/2 pound(s) hamburger

1 large onion

8 slice(s) bacon

cooking oil spray

salt and pepper

Directions:  Cut the potatoes into thin slices and the carrots into long slices.   Divide the hamburger and shape into 4 patties. Cut the onion into rings. Take a large sheet of tin foil, fold in half. Spray the inside with cooking spray. Place 2 slices of bacon,top with hamburger patty then place a handful of carrots, potatoes and several slices of onion to the packet. Salt and pepper entire packet. Seal the packet by folding the tinfoil around the edges. With a marker place a "U" on the top. This will help you remember which side is up. Place packets on a grill and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes then turn over and cook for 10 more minutes. Open packets carefully and enjoy.
