  1. Breakin' Da Bones..... I feel ya Bro', I'm a freestyle rider so you know i'm retarded.....Man, I have broken so many bones over my life time of Racing MX and practicing FMX. I would not know where to start, with a story for ya..... Let's see, "One time in band camp....."(just kidding). Alright, When i built my first foam pit i was practicing backflips. I hit the 80 foot ramp did a perfect rotation but i overshot the foam pit(had way too much speed) and i try ejecting from the bike but that did not help i still slammed into the side of my friends enclosed trailer my bike bounced off the top of it and i did this "Wile E. Coyote" move where i just hit flat up against the side and dropped to the ground, I dislocated my left shoulder, Broke three ribs on my left side and bruises all down the left side of my whole body....Oh yeah, I bit my tounge too.

  2. last year i was practicing on my bike(motercycle) and i went down a rock hill to fast and it shreedded my back tier and my bike did a 360 spin and threw me off i broke 1 rib and my arm

  3. Last October, I was at a local motocross track, I had just flew down the start straight and took the first right hand corner at a pretty good pace. After the first turn, there is a rythem section consisting of 8 single 4 foot high jumps.

most people triple or double through them, and I tried to triple through them. I landed the first set perfectly, but unfortunatly my throttle cable got stuck wide open, and when I went to jump the next set, I launched.....

I let go of the bike in mid air, good thing too because i would have face planted into another jump , 4 jumps down!!!!

I hit the face of one of the jumps on my right side, breaking my collarbone, 3 ribs and twisting my knee....

I might want to add that I was riding a Honda CR 500!!!

The really funny thing was that since I was all beat up, the bike didnt suffer much damage at all, just a broken clutch lever!!!! It didnt even bend the bars, or even tear a grip!!!!!

Ond as far as the throttle cable goes, it was wierd, it just got pinched some how, because, it still works, and worked just fine after the crash.......But I went out and got a new one anyways....

I have tons more stories.....but I would have to write a book about them all.....

    Get well soon.....

  4. well i haven't had any bad crashes but a few years back when i was learning, i would use the front brake instead of the back and i would always go over the bars.

haha i got used to it after awhile and my chest protector had marks all over it from sliding on my stomach.

    it was pretty fun. lol.

but i've learned to use the back brake...which is a good thing.

also my brother races and he was practicing out on the track with the big guys and he went off a jump and his bike stalled.

so he pulled of to the side, and when he went to the side a big bike went of the jump landing sideways and landing on my brother. he almost died. he has serious back injuries now, but still continues to ride and race.

    i hope you feel better.

  5. My recent race i just had since i was the only girl signed up with the supercross atv's they set me with a proracer, and with me knowing him and kinda liking him it made it really hard. so i thought i had to race him which only i was just supposed to go and have fun.... well i came around the first turn then came over the burn and it pushed me over the handle bars then the bike flipped on me then flipped off. when it finally stopped moving the paramedics came pulled me off the track and  i was having a hard time breathing so we went to the e.r. and i ended up with an opened up splein and a badly bruised lung.but all good now!
