Question:

Any more intersesting topics than IPL?

Thought I would have a look in cricket and discovered that apparently nothing much gets discussed in this section except IPL. Surely there is more going on in the WORLD of cricket would love to see some better questions on this section.

  1. I know what you mean. And what makes the IPL questions more annoying is that the same questions are always being asked.

    'Who is going to win the IPL' (asked about a billion times)

    'Who is the best batsmen in the IPL' (i've seen this question so much that i don't care anymore'

    'Why was sreesanth crying in the IPL?', 'Who is going to be the maximum run scorer in the IPL?'    And on and on and on.

    I totally agree with you, which is one reason that i don't asked IPL related questions\

    I'm not saying that people should totally forget about the IPL, but can people please stop asking the same questions.

    And yes there are other things going on in the world of cricekt however i think the problem is that there is still alot of hype surrounding the IPL

  4. See this is a season whole heartedly meant for IPL.

    I wish noone can change it but the asker.even  your's is a question that deals with ipl!!!

    Common only when you chat more about a same topic you can gaininformation!!

  6. Of course there are other issues worth talking about, the English county season, the ECB trying to create a rival 20/20 tournament, the reinstatement of umpire Hair, Zimbabwe cricket etc ect (I could go on).

    But the IPL is a new tournament and 20/20 is a new (ish) version of the game so people are naturally excited about it and are interested in how it will effect the game as a whole, so of course it's going to get discussed a lot.

    When England play NZ and the Aussies play the Windies later this month I'm sure they'll get talked about, it's just at the moment the IPL is on everyones mind. Once it's over I'm sure all the IPL questions will die down.
