  1. I have the same problem. My hips are uneven just like yours. They told me I would have a hard time getting pregnant because it tilts your uterus. My doctor said mine is tilted more than any other person he's seen. I didn't try to get pregnant with my four kids but it just happened so i can't really say how long it took cuz i wasn't watching my body at all. My tilt and hips off caused me to have probs in my pregnancy like in the way i carried the baby. The last child i had to go to the chiropractor 3 times a week for him to adjust my hips and keep them in line for the pregnancy. Now it's 5 years later and I've been trying to concieve for the last 8 months. I have started getting adjusted for my hips every day for the last 4 weeks in hopes of it helping. (fiancee does the chiropractic care)

So i guess all in all, i'm not a doctor or a nurse but i have gone through exactly what you are saying and have  carried 4 successful pregnancies. My OB said i kept on with the contractions and early labor because of the problem but the babies were healthy.

Wish you luck, and keep your head up.
