Okay, I recently got a job and I am unable to do Cross Country. I am a heavier girl and I want to keep my weight down my practicing on my own. I just dont know where to start. I know the basics and stuff like that, it is just, I am doing this on my own. I need help. I am very upset that I am not able to do Cross Country. Jobs dont come a dime a dozen. I have to have the money to go to college and I want to keep up on my running, and in hopes that I will have my drivers linsense soon, stay in shape for track (I am a shot put thrower and a discus thrower, 100 dash, 4X100 runner, and 1600m runner) I need help.
