Any reccomendations?

I need to get a laptop for college and i'm wondering what would be the best value for money? I'd be using it for a lot of editing (i'm a film studies student) as well as just general day to day usage/music etc. I'm not fussy about size or anything as long as it's not too heavy. i don't really have that much to spend either. laso i'm quite clumsy so something durable.

any suggestions?

look at the great looking mac pro notebook.macs does a better job with movie apps.and graphic apps

I have an Acer and have never been disappointed with it in any way.
