  1. take some painkillers, have a warm bath, eat some chocolate then sleep. if you're asleep you won't feel the pain and all this before will have soothed any pain so it will be easier to sleep :)

  2. MIDOL, BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... (no, not like that!)

  3. I usually just take an Advil or something but while your waiting for it to kick in you can hold a stuffed animal to your stomach and the heat from your body will help and the pressure can also relieve pain. Hope this helps. If they are persistent and really bad I would talk to your Mom and maybe go to a doctor, tiny cramps on your period but if they worse or don't go away talk to your mom or older sister.

  4. even if you arent sexually active, you may want to consider going on the pill. you will know to the hour when your period will come on, and they will be lighter, shorter, and less painful. you should talk to your doc or family planning clinic. you dont need to tell ur parents or anything. also, as evil as it sounds when ur dying of cramp, exercise helps. just something light like jogging. also drink loads of water, keep your blood sugar levels high and take ibuprofen (its better than paracetamol)

  5. midol works the best,

Tried and true for many years!

  6. i have the same problem but i think advil but i think middle or something like that my suggustion is to ask a doctor

  7. it hurts but it works.. push yourself and STRECH!!!!!! untill it hurt then walk a bit it always works for me :)

  8. Midol! it works great

  9. Bananas-no! Since you are going to have this for decades you might want a prescription: Anaprox and Naprelan are anti-inflammatory drugs used to relieve mild to moderate pain and menstrual cramps. I needed 1 or 2 pills on the first day and there was no pain at all. If Ibuprofen at 400 mgs. doesn't work for you. I refused to suffer every 28 days.

If it's really, really bad birth control can ease the pain. My sister had an excruciating period and thought it was normal. She suffered until she was 40 and her doctor told her she had to have a hysterectomy from cystitis. She never asked to see if her pain was abnormal.

  10. Midol and Excedrin extra strength works good.

  11. try taking a relaxing walk then take a warm bath, that helps me out

  12. u can drink hot tea not coffee and lay down on something very soft like on ur bed or the couch and just relaxand watch tv

  13. They suck.

You can exercise alot. (Not my favorite.)

Ibuprofen is the absolute best. It takes it away for me quickly.

  14. Midol! that works so well!!!

  15. Exersise helps a lot. I know it doesn't sound like it would help, but it does. It causes you to bleed less and cramp less!

    :]

  16. a  nice warm bath

  17. Dont you just LOVE being a girl. LOL

Well some things that work for me are:

    Hot bubble baths

Easy excercise, like going for a walk

    Naps

    Hot packs

    CHOCOLATE! (:

and if all else fails a period pain reliever like Pamprin or Midol

hope you feel better girly! (:

  18. pamprin. It's medicine. It works really well for me. If it's really bad to the point to where you can't sleep take two if it's just minor take one.

  19. CHOCOLATE!!! ( i prefer those fudgeo cookies :P)

um i also use tylenol... but i find the fudgeos mostly work and carrots :) but mostly chocolate and chocolate cookies-maybe thats just me
