  1. Well, there are some supplements you could take internally to help the health of your skin. Some of the most popular ones are Biotin, Silica (commonly from Horsetail), Squalene, Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, L-Cysteine, Fish Oil, Collagen, and most antioxidants (like Vitamins A and E especially). You can also use Aloe Vera externally to soothe the skin.

Make sure you get enough sleep, drink enough water, and that you bathe on a regular basis (which I'm sure you are). When you sleep is when your body does most of it's repair work (which includes the skin), and proper moisturization of the skin is important.

    Good luck!

  2. Good regimen (diet (more raw veggies, less processed foods), exercise, good amount of sleep, staying away from harsh soaps and such)

Australian Bush Flower Essences Face Hand an Body cream will make your skin much better as well in conjunction with the above.

  3. First one needs a proper well balanced diet, vegan is best, but if one chooses not to go that road, one's diet must be at least 85% fresh whole fruits and vegetables.  Drop the pre-packaged, processed foods.  See www.hacres.com.  One needs exercise, fresh air, sunshine, yes sunshine, but no baking, and definetly no burning, clean water, that is water not fluid, water, regular exercise, proper rest.  Then you need to detox, via a colonic.  See www.drnutra.com/colonic.  As for proper sleep, see www.mercola.com/sleep.  Sleep is best between the hours of 10:00 pm, and 2:00 am.  The circadian rhythm.
