Anybody know any goood workouts?

i would like to lose 4-5 lbs. and tone my body does anybody know how?

  1. swim, run, bike ... it all depends of your level of physical fitness level.

    4-5 pounds is not a lot to loose .. i would say bike 30 min in the morning and night ... eat well , no alcohol, and i bet you you wont stop at those 4-5 pounds once you start !

Tae Bo DVD's!  They are an excellent workout and are fun to do also!  You will feel it all over-your legs, butt, abs, arms, back, everywhere!  There are many different ones to choose from, so find one that you think you'll like to start with.  Usually they all come in a set of about 3-5 tapes.
