Anybody used uSwitch?

Has anybody used uSwitch to change gas and electricity supplier? And did your new suppliers live up to their expectations and, most importantly, did they save you money?

I have not used uSwitch but I have used moneysupermarket.com, the main reason being that they offered me a £30 rebate if I switched through them - and they did actually pay the money into my account without being prompted - so to that extent I have saved money.

I switched from British Gas and Powergen to EDF - I chose EDF because they were supposed a bit cheaper, and had a good customer satisfaction rating, and I had had a conversation with one of thier staff who was helpful, courteous and considerate and took on my problem as though it were his won - an almost unique combination in my experience. The switch went through almost without any trouble, just the one phone call to tie up some loose ends.
