what disorder, if any are these symptoms:

Addictive behavior, e.g., drinking alcohol to the point of black outs often

Not in touch with feelings of his/her own, or others

Instant gratification with no regard for consequences

Easily pressured and goes with the flow even to his/her detriment

Says what others want to hear

Able to be a completely different person-not able to show true self

Always "acting"

Fault-free, doesn't take responsibility

Thank you

  1. sounds like anti-social personality disorder.  im not sure though, is it possible for more information??

    maybe narcissitc?

  2. The first part of it sounded like a narcissistic personality disorder.  The best way to describe this one is someone who lacks apathy for others. They take risks regardless of the consequences and often times appear to be arrogant and self centered. However, at the center of every Narcissistic is guilt.

However the says what others want to hear does not describe this,(However they do feel a need for approval and acceptance, so I suppose it can, if that is what you met by that statement)  all the other traits do however.

  3. you describe alcoholic behavior (black outs)

No regard to consequences is a anti-social personality

It sounds like you are a people-pleaser

If you stop all drinking and ANY substances for a year - your true personality will emerge.  If you can't stop drinking all alcohol for a year, then you are probably alcoholic

  4. maybe a mood hormone disorder and anxiety. i have a mood disorder and this is what i do

well what i used to do. now im on medication

  5. Sounds anti social to me.  Narcissistic .....ALCOHOLIC.....

  6. Could be a few different.I would put my money on Bi-Polar/Manic Depressant.

  7. Narcissistic or borderline.
