Anyone come across this software?

Question

helloo all,a few years back i used to have some software that would allow you to do the following.

1.take a photo of your headshot,by marking on several points like ears eyes neck etc and then turning this into a 3d screensaver bit like the

"maxx headroom " image,

2.press a button for comedy affects like sticking your tongue out etc etc.

3.i have lost the software and cannot remember the name?any ideas.

4.only other thing i remember was that it had a trade mark which looked like a purple paint splash.

i know its a long shot but im desperate
