Anyone got a Kona Scab?

Does anyone else have this bike which still has its original parts on it??

My partner got bough one about 4/5 years ago and it still has some original parts but not the 'stem' (goes over headset and holds on handlebars?) and we wondered if anyone else had one and could let us know what one it had. i cannot find this bike made up/built on google or in any of the bike mags we subscribe to?

why worry over the original specs? just get a stem that fits the current rider. that's the point of having different length/rise stems.
