Anyone have problems with HomeVestors?

I'm curious to see if anyone else has had any experience with HomeVestors or Peymax properties and what your opinions are on the "agents" or "landlords". We are thinking about leasing to purchase a house through this company (we have credit issues) but I always like to know the "whole" story.

They’re a franchise system. Basically individuals pay them for the right to use the name & get access to their business plan.  Most of the issues would be caused by the local franchise owner. You should be able to get info about your local office on the BBB site.
