Anyone help with this pain

i constantly feel like i have a water infection sometimes pain is worse than other it feels low in my stomach almost as low as my privates also when me and hubby try to make love it hurts soo bad any ideas im soo embarased to go docs

It sounds like cystisis.  

Even if you buy from the chemist, you'll still have to explain your symptoms, so it's best to go to your doctors where at least it'll be in private, and they can give you the best prescription to clear things up sooner, otherwise you'll be suffering unnecessarily over the weekend.

Please go and see your doctor in case it is something entirely different.

I assume you mean a bladder infection.  That is one possibility, but leaving it untreated out of embarrassment can be very damaging!  There are other possibilities as well that should be checked out.  Pain on intercourse is always something to examine.  Go to your doctor as soon as possible!

I am sorry, but it seems like this is something you really should see a doctor about.  You have no reason to be embarrassed to see a doctor - that is what they are there for.

You may be embarrassed but you should go to the doctors. People on the internet will have mixed answers you will not know what one is right.

Why are you "so embarrassed" to go to the doctor? the only person who can help you with this is a doctor, go to your doctor and tell him/her what you have said here..Do not delay
