yes if you request it you'll have to pay to rent it (they will add like 5 or 7 dollars to your monthly bill)  or you can buy it from them(for somewhere around 100 dollars) you can check the exact pricing on their website ( http://charter.com ) or call them at 1-888-get-char (1-888-438-2427) you can also speak with someone right on their website. hope this helps

yes but you have to rent it from them for $5 more a month on your bill, and its even wireless
