does anyone know of any great mmorpg's (massivley multiplayer online role playing games)? if you know of any that are free and easy to install and are just addicting and awesome... like the best ever, please let me know so i can find them online and add them. thanks in advance! bye!

A nice sci-fi mmo based on races PVP, althoug the PVE is also very nice. Once you reach lvl 25 you can join in the chip wars. That is awesome. The chip war allows you too fight together with around 1000 of the same race against a other race.

A very decent 3D mmorpg. Graphic is very nice. The community is totally amazing and you can barely see anyone using the word "noob". The PvP system is awesome and the good thing about it is you don't have to be a high level to be good at it or even give it a try. The upgrading system is probably the fairest you can find in any game.

Nothing that is free is any good. I don't know why people are telling you to play WoW. Not only do yo have to pay for it, but it sucks. If you want to play a good MMORG, then you need to pay. The best game out there is Final Fantasy XI. You do pay $12.95 a month, but it is worth it. The disc is only $19.99. You get one month free to see if you like it. Trust me you will. People from all over the world play. You can play on the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, or PC. If you get it for the PC, and know some one who has it for the PS2, you can still play together. It is like one big happy family. I know you are looking for something free, but nothing good in life is free.

What about Second Life?

I have several friends that do that one, though I don't have time...work, kids, house cleaning, yard work, nagging husband, dog, ...I would recommend this one, though, and I would play it if I had the chance!
