Anyone know what this game is ??

I recently went to a huge LAN party .. and seen a few ppl playing this game, it was a pirate ship game, i believe it was online capable as they were playing against each other on the network... graphics not too great, but a top down view of a pirate ship, with cannons and stuff, any idea's???
