how was your experience with it? did you charter? use a cook? what type and size of boat? would you recommend them? also what port did you use?

we're thinking of using them for our honeymoon. we are both avid sailors so we dont plan on using a guide, or a cook. just ourselves, in tortola. would you reccomend them, and this as a

honeymoon? thanks =]

  1. Last Spring we bare boated (no cook, capt, guide) from Footloose Tortola (Moorings less expensive branch) and loved it. We chartered a 36 and to boat size was a little small for 4 ,this year we are moving up to a 40.3. Sailing in the BVI is great - line of sight, moorings, easy anchoring, and steady winds. We had a couple small issues with the boat (lost a boat hook and dingy motor throttle) and Footloose was right there with great service. Keep in mind this is the tropics and there are lotsa bugs around, it uncommon NOT to find bug evidence on the boat.
