Anyone using HOLOSYNC by Centerpoint?

Question

Hello everyone, I aquired the whole holosync system by centerpointe, (a deep meditation program) via garage sale a few days back. One problem...I have no literature with it and don't know how to go about using it and in what order. I do know that I need to use headphones and I need to have my eyes closed in a spot where I will not be disturbed, but I know nothing about it other than that...can anyone help??? Thanks in advance!
