Anyone who works at Jamba Juice?

Question

I'm interested in getting a job at Jamba Juice and I was wondering if any current or past employees could just help me out a little...

the pay is min. wage, correct?

and how long did it take you to get settled and learn how to make all the smoothies and everything?

I currently work at Jamba Juice and i believe it does start at min. wage(but it depends where you live at, i live in northern cali)

It took me about a month or so, i know it seems easy and all making smoothies, but believe me at first it gets frustrating, especially when making the smoothies...considering the fact that you are on a time limit to make these smoothies! But don't worry, you will have co-workers who will help you! But i do believe it will take about a month, well for me it did. It all depends on how you are....there's this one guy who  has worked there for over 9 months, and still hasn't memorized any of the smoothies!!! But don't worry....he's just a really really slow guy!! There's this new guy and he's been working for a couple weeks and has it all down! So i believe it depends on the person really, on how you learn.

You don't have to memorize all of the smoothies! All of the recipes are there for you !
