  2. i just finished my training with them. I know the rate of pay varies for the different assignments you are working on. I'll be at $7.00 an hour to start. I got an email telling me more hours are open to work and it would be $8.00.  $7-$9 is about the right rate of pay for starting out. You get paid for training. I got my first paycheck in the mail yesterday for training I started on July 17. I started at the end of a pay cycle which is every two weeks. It's one of the only real jobs I have found working from home that isn't a scam. Go for it. Make sure the phone you will be uisng to answer calls from has no features on it...no call waiting, no fax machine hooked up to it, 3 way and the like. have a basic phone that is for work only. Hope that helps you. hey if you want email me and I can give you more details if you like. I'm just starting with them myself. Glad I found them. Oh yeah and you are not an independant contractor anymore. You get a W2 and taxes are taking out of your pay check so you are a west employee.
