  1. It can mean that your allowing something in your life.... that should be there.. and the river represents peace, something great.. but the more bad/sinful things you let in, the more the river/peace goes away,...

everything else represents the storm thats occurring in you.. especially when your going through something

  2. Such dreams are not uncommon in our world of troubles and many challenges - not to mention the constant suggestions of apocalyptic events via certain religious media, etc.

When we think of such things graphic imagery must arise.  It is an event larger than us - larger than life.  Floods, famines - rivers of blood - all are things beyond the normal experience of most of us.  We've had such things throughout history - even 'rivers of blood' did occur during certain medaeval wars where the slaughter was brutally intense over the period of a few hours.  Rain / blood slickened fields would run off into streams where warriors had attempted to cross only to be cut-down such that the waters became stained with human blood.  That certainly was a local picture of apocalypse, has happened at many other historic intervals, and the horror of it sticks in the human experience and is reinforced by all kinds of tellings of history and beliefs.

Given this, the imagery visited upon you then is not unusual for such a dream - although obviously not comforting.  And it is cloying to the point of haunting when it happens - hard to get out of mind and it does not help our waking view of the world's issues much.

What one can do is to reflect in waking hours on the positive and how the images are of the imagination and graphically exaggerated.  It is the inner mind dumping accumulated worries over our problems - serious ones no doubt, but problems that deserve waking, logical thought - not worrisome dreams.

Consciously think - and try to act - in ways that create and provide solutions to prevent problems that can lead to eventual calamity and do not allow yourself to dwell on the 'what if', the negatives that may or may not come in your time.

There are many little ways you can act as an individual to contribute to the betterness of all around us - conservation is an obvious way, kindness towards others is another.  It may sound silly, and of course you cannot solve the world's problems nor control very many others in your lifetime, absent election to some high office.  But you can feel better as an individual by having a positive thing to know you have done.  And keep hope - for want of a nail a kingdom was lost, or something to that effect.

The real point is to not remain haunted but amend the negative thoughts driving these kinds of dreams with postive thoughts and actions - and that can't hurt any of us in the process either.

I hope some of this will help.  There is still much goodness around us and the intellect to meet a better future if we will have it politically - and it starts at the individual level.  Choose hope over allowing the negatives to seep in too deeply - and act to reinforce that hope.

    All the best to you.

  3. 1.You didn't have any apocaliptic dream

2.Although it is a bit scary, remember that the Deluvian was once(The Flood), and will not be repeatabel, rainbow tells us that.

3.Most likely:just a nightmare, although I always believe that any dream has a meaning; better contact me, so I can ask you a few questions.

  4. You know i don't think this was a personal dream to you. I think this was to do with how you perceive the world catastrophies going on at the moment.  You are aware of the suffering but I feel somehow you understand why it is happening, even if you couldn't put it into words as you know on a deeper level.

  5. it signifies an emotional and dramatic change taken place within. The dream may also indicate the end of one kind of lifestyle and the beginning of another.
