Is it hard to find a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom flat in Melbourne? I hear there is a shortage of accomodation in Melbourne in Sydney, how bad is it?

theres not much of a shortage... just everything has become really expensive.

Its really hard to find rental properties any where.  There are often 30-40 applicants per property.  Have a look at the sites below.

like stay at home for as long as u can and hold onto watever u ahve for as long as u can as the rental market, in fact teh whole property market atm is chaos.

theres about 30 ppl to one property.
