Applebee's Broccoli Cheese Soup?

I'm just looking for the recipe for Applebee's Broccoli Cheese Soup. I've yet to be able to find it on my own.

I can give you mine:

Heat 2 tbsp of oil with 2 tbsp of flour over medium heat.

Whisk until golden yellow paste is formed (roux).

Add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of chicken stock, 1 cup of chopped broccoli.

Whisk until thickened, reduce heat & simmer until broccoli tender.

Sprinkle grated cheddar or american cheese in, stirring constantly.

Applebees broccoli cheese soup comes in 20lb bricks frozen and warmed up in a water bath.... you might want to contact applebees and find out who they get the soup from....it is far from homemade.
