Apprenticeships in Spain?

I am English and am studying my AS levels at college in my first year and am thinking about quitting and taking an apprenticeship. However I enjoy Spanish and would like to do an apprenticeship in Spain so that I can improve my Spanish.

Spain is a great place to do an apprenticeship. It has beautiful scenery, tasty food and kind people that are very friendly.
